I remember Len as one of those very handsome guys that flew under the radar socially. He was quiet but had an amazing smile. I got to know him because we had a few classes together, and when teachers seated us alphabetically by last name, I sometimes ended up sitting behind him. He comes to mind whenever I'm in Abilene driving down Antilley Rd. Len was genuine, and I considered him my friend.
