I knew Scott since Little League and Jefferson Junior High.  Scott was an extremely gifted athlete, baseball pitcher and golfer.  Lost track of Scott after high school, but he was a good person who  died too young

There are so many fond experiences shared that I could fill an entire book about Scott and our time spent together but I will highlight it in a paragraph.

I had the pleasure of knowing Scott in our school years at Jefferson, Cooper, and beyond.  Scott was such a wonderful person that had a zest for living life to the fullest.  I can remember so many fun filled dates and enjoying our trips in his Galaxie 500 convertible to the various theaters, drive-ins, cruising around and eating at Mack's,  enjoying the many events at the West Texas State Fairs, swimming and picnicing at Fort Phantom, our summer afternoons at Abilene State Park near Buffalo Gap , playing golf ( I merely tagged along on the courses) and dining at numerous country clubs, trips to Dallas and the many dances, football games and school events.

My favorite comedian says it best with a song, "Thanks For The Memories"

He was a nice guy.  May Light perpetual shine upon him.
